Booking Desk (closed for the winter)
- This is available during normal office hours for customers who wish to reserve a bike and who are unable to do so on-line.
- This is also available for customers who have broken down or need assistance.
- If you have any concerns about the Yellowbike you have been allocated and are about to hire, please call the above number.
Bike Manager
- He will be available should advice be needed, and will be located close to the Bike Park
- If you have any concerns about the Yellowbike you have been allocated and are about to hire, please speak to the Manager.
- It is the Manager’s responsibility to see that all bikes are clean and fit for purpose on a daily basis and that the full batteries on the electric bikes have been installed.
